OK I will be the first to admit that it does not look quite ready. What can I say we were assured that it would be finished by the end of 2008. Well it is only a bit over 15 acres of prime retail land
In the course of my photo blog over the next few weeks I will show some of what I think are highs and oh dear lows of urban planning and development.

Before I forget, I wish all my readers a Happy New Year for 2009.
