Meteorological Station, Lister Park, Bradford

This is the meteorological station which opened here in Lister Park, Bradford in 1908. Readings are taken here daily and reported to the meteorological office.

I think that maybe someone thought the fence looked a little bare so they have put some decoration onto it.
