World Heritage in Yorkshire

Saltaire Train Station Sign

Incredible as it may seem there is a UNESCO World Heritage Site right here in Yorkshire. This photograph shows a sign at Saltaire, Yorkshire train station. In the background of the photo you can see part of Saltaire United Reformed Church.

  1. Why do you say it's incredible? Yorkshire, I'm sure, has a lot to offer! I've only been to Harrogate and I'd love to visit York again.

Thanks for visiting Norwich Daily Photo and leaving your comment. Hope you're enjoying the weekend. Come back tomorrow for more of Norwich!

  2. I loved York. It has been many years since I visited York, but I have very fond memories. Such a wonderful place to spend the day. I am glad you enjoyed the photos of Chihuly on my site. I look forward to more great photos on your site. Cheers!
