Clock in Leeds Kirkgate Market Commemorating 100 Years of Marks and Spencer

M and S Marks and Spencer Clock Leeds Market

The clock in the photograph above is on the site in Kirkgate Market in Leeds city centre where Michael Marks had a stall for 10 years before Thomas Spencer joined the company when it became the now famous Marks and Spencer (M&S) for short.

As I write this the shirt I am wearing I bought from Marks and Spencer! This year the company celebrated 125 years trading, an incredible achievement under the current world trade situation.

I posted earlier about Marks and Spencers 125th birthday in Bradford

A very handsome clock Paul. I like the dark green and gold colors together!

I must say this is a very nice clock. And if the clock is this nice, the products the store sells must be equally nice.
