Exotic Bird at Tropical World

This bird lives along with others in the desert house at Tropical World in Roundhay Park, the same house as the Meerkats.

I think that it is a kind of finch, but that is just a guess and am not really sure. Whatever kind of bird it is, they are quite pretty.
