
This sign is on the forecourt of a B&B in Otley town centre, I guess they got fed up with people parking on their property. I like the idea behind it, making it into a joke but I can see why they have done this.

Ah, parking... one of the banes of modern society!
ReplyDeleteI had to laugh when I saw this one!!! I knew exactly what was meant!!! When we were in London about 6 years ago we were staying in a flat in Kensington and out in front was a rather gorgeous Bentley with a tire clamp attached. We found out that this was a regular occurrence with this particular vehicle...I guess if they could afford the vehicle, they could afford to rack up the fines!!!

ReplyDeleteThis is great, I remember seeing similar signs around the Borough Market area in London once. I guess they were likewise getting fed up and I loved the humor behind it.
