Yesterday here in Leeds was I think forecast as sunshine and showers. The sky was very cloudy when I took the above photo in the early morning and it was raining quite heavily too. The scene outside was quite a contrast to the picture that I had just posted of Waterloo lake at Roundhay park.
Today my picture pretty much is the same as the actual sky outside now, very overcast and heavy rain too.

ReplyDeleteVery ominous looking clouds! Rained heavily in the early hours over here. Then was cloudless just after sunrise and now, as I write this, it's lashing it down. No doubt the sun will be shining again by the time I finish. Oh, and gales are forecast for this afternoon. Good old British weather!
